What is problem solving and does it only happen in Maths?

Problem solving is when you try to find out the answer with different strategies.Like if you try find out what 16+8= which is 24 but if do like a strategies it would be like 16+8=. 6+8=14 and if you add the 10 it would be 24.

Does problem solving only happen in Maths? Problem solving doesn't just happen in maths but it happen in real life like for example money if you buy two thing you have to find out how much it is.  

This is my problem solving, we had to practice to write about maths because were good at doing the strategies but were not good to write about it. 

The first paragraph was about the question what is problem solving we had to think about it and then tell our buddy about what problem solving. When we had to search up what is problem solving and then make it into our own word.

Finally my second paragraph is about the question dose it only happen in maths. I was explaining what else you can use maths for because you can use more than maths at school like we use money every day. If your buying groceries you need to found out how much you need.
